Inspired Bodybuilding Routines

A local bodybuilder in Washington, DC says that his bodybuilding routines are fueled by personal tragedy. Ken Stewart will compete in the Musclemania Universe Championships in Miami this weekend, and the results of his training program are clear from his eight-pack abs.
Stewart said that his real strength is on the inside, though, as his passion for sport is driven by the memory of his mother. She died at the age of 54 due to a ruptured ulcer. She had also suffered from colorectal cancer while Stewart was still a student at Howard University. What is worse is that at the funeral, his grandmother suffered a fatal heart attack as well. Stewart blames both deaths in his family on years of unhealthy diet. He was motivated from that point on to open a restaurant called FUEL Cafe, which serves healthy food, and to improve his own health as well through athletics.
